General Administration of Customs (GAC) in China announced Guangxi Province currently ranked at second place in coal imports.
The official statistic of the General Administration of Customs of China, coal imports from the ports of Guangxi Province surged to 16.905 million tons in 2010 from 3.4 million tons in 2005.
Also, the coal imports from the ports of Guangxi Province hit 18.758 million tons in the first nine months of this year, acquiring 15.2% of the country's overall coal imports.
In the given period of time, the average coal import price at the ports of Guangxi Province were at US$97.7/ton, surged by 13.8% year on year.
